Remedies and Property

This book involves papers from the Third Property Remedies Discussion Forum was held at the University of Aix-Marseille Faculty of Law in 2014. The papers are interesting because they deal with timely issues such as “the evolving nature of property remedies” (looking at how property remedies have evolved differently with respect to various forms of property) and “complex property remedies.” Both of these issues have assumed much greater importance in recent years, and this symposium sheds invaluable light on these issues because it includes prominent remedies scholars from all over the world.
